Requirements & Results
Fyn joined the San Sound team very early in their business lifecycle. Utilising our experience we were able to define and create the ideal financial systems and processes for the client to ensure they are set up for growth. Our deliverables included:
- Migrate historic accounting records onto QuickBooks Online
- Creation of bespoke chart of accounts
- Implementation and integration of financial systems
- Creation of monthly management reports
- Creation of 3 year forecast model including P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow
- Daily reporting on cash flow
- Support the Founders with their Seed raise
